ALFIE (aerial learning facility inspirational experience) has arrived in Scotland.

Based within the beautiful grounds of Kinross Estate on the banks of Loch Leven, ALFIE a specially designed aerial course which has been built into the surrounding forest is open for business.

ALFIE and other outdoor experiential activities are designed as vehicles and tools for learning, unearthing and developing a wide range of individual team & leadership skills.

The activities allow participants to tap into their own resource to find hidden strengths and uncover weaknesses. The aim is to provide a confidence building experience based on extending oneself and overcoming self limiting beliefs.  A ropes course environment provides an arena that allows individuals and teams to realise that many limitations imposed on oneself are both artificial and self imposed.

On their own, the activities and challenges are at best enjoyable, challenging and thought provoking, however combined with intense planning and debriefing sessions as well as applying specialist individual and team improvement, behavioral techniques.  An outdoor ropes programme could be a life changing event allowing people to maximize potential, expand their talents and enjoy a fulfilled and exciting personal and working life.

World renowned motivational speaker, Watt Nicoll comments: 'Teammania has quite simply the finest training facility in the world. During my travels around the globe as a motivational speaker, working with some of the world's biggest brands and sports organisations, I have yet to come across such a unique offering. They have managed to take the general discipline of team building and customise the experience to give the maximum benefit to the group, converting the physical experience to a positive  mental outcome. I am delighted that such a development centre has opened in Scotland, and I look forward to being part of this exciting team.'
