What's it All About? - ALFIE
ALFIE (Aerial Learning Facilitated Inspirational Experience) is a specially designed aerial ropes course.
The only one of its kind in Scotland, ALFIE is unique as it brings state of the art design in to the stunning Scottish Countryside. The surrounding forest gives a real outdoors edge to the day and provides an excellent backdrop for your teambuilding event.
This outdoor experiential learning tool has been designed with all levels of ability in mind to ensure that everyone can play their part in realising the team objectives.
ALFIE and outdoor experiential activities are designed as vehicles and tools for learning, unearthing and developing a wide range of individual, team and leadership skills. On their own the activities and challenges are at best enjoyable, challenging and thought provoking. When the events are combined with intense planning and debriefing sessions as well as applying specialist individual and team improvement behavioural techniques, this can be a life changing event with potential maximising opportunities and a chance to expand and explore hidden talents.

This process uses a creative 3D thinking tool which unlocks and maximises the human potential in an organisation. It enhances insight, commitment and confidence by engaging in a hands on, minds on experience.
